Eligibility. The Referral Program is open to everyone — current clients, past clients, and anyone else who wants to refer: friends, family, colleagues, fellow business owners, and supporters of Ruelas Bookkeeping. Client status is NOT required to participate or earn rewards. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Employees and independent contractors of Ruelas Bookkeeping and their immediate household members are not eligible.

How It Works. When you refer a new business to Ruelas Bookkeeping and they sign a service agreement and pay their first month of services, you will receive a $50 Referral Thank-You.

Reward Amount. You will receive $50 for each new business you refer. There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer — 1 new business = $50, 2 = $100, 3 = $150, 5 = $250.

When You'll Receive Your Reward. Referral rewards are issued once the referred business has signed a service agreement and their first month's payment has been received and processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Payment Method. Referral rewards will be sent via the method we agree upon (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, check, or other electronic payment).

Qualifying Referrals. A qualifying referral is a new business that has not previously worked with Ruelas Bookkeeping. Each business can only be counted as a qualifying referral once, and the reward goes to the first referring party on record. Referrals of businesses you own or operate do not qualify.

Non-Transferable. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the stated $50 payment per qualified referral.

Right to Modify or End Program. Ruelas Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify or end the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals submitted before any changes will still be honored under the terms in place at the time of referral.
